Privacy Notice

Last updated October 12, 2026

Information we collect

DirectContract may collect information you submit in newsletter forms, contact inquiries, advertising and sponsorship requests, or paid product sign-ups, including your name, business contact details, organization, and the content of your inquiry. Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, logs, and device information necessary to operate and protect the website.

How information is used

We use submitted information to deliver requested intelligence, respond to inquiries, support accounts, process purchases through payment providers, maintain security, and improve our services. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe using links in our messages. We do not treat a business inquiry as blanket permission for unrelated marketing.

Cookies and optional analytics

Essential storage supports core site functionality. When you permit optional analytics, DirectContract loads Google Analytics to measure site usage and may use first-party visitor and session identifiers to understand content and conversion activity. These optional analytics do not load before you consent. You can reject analytics or revise your choice using the Cookie settings link in the site footer.

Service providers and retention

Hosting, communications, analytics, and payment providers process information as needed to deliver the services you request. We retain records only as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, account support, fraud prevention, applicable legal requirements, and contractual commitments.

Your choices and requests

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of personal information. To make a request or ask a privacy question, email editor@directcontract.co. You may also change optional cookie choices on the site at any time.

Changes

We may update this notice as our services and privacy practices evolve, and we will revise the date shown above when it changes.
