Find Your Direct Contract Partner.

We're building a marketplace that connects self-insured employers with health systems and providers ready to contract directly. No brokers. No carriers. No opaque pricing.

For employers

Post what you need.

  • Share your employee count, geography, and top areas of healthcare spend.
  • Browse providers who are open to direct contracts in your market.
  • Access benchmarking data so you know what a fair deal looks like before you negotiate.
  • Get contract templates and negotiation prep to start the conversation.
Self-insured employers who contract directly report 15–25% savings vs. traditional carrier-negotiated rates.

For providers

Get in front of the employers who are looking for you.

  • List your direct contracting capabilities — services, geographies, payment terms.
  • Be discoverable to self-insured employers actively exploring direct arrangements.
  • Reduce your dependence on carrier networks and their fee schedules.
  • Shorter payment cycles — direct contracts typically pay in 30 days vs. 90–120 through carriers.
Providers in direct contracts see faster payment, lower admin costs, and higher patient volume from employer groups.

FAQ

Questions about the marketplace.

When will the marketplace launch?+

We're building it now. Waitlist members will get early access, and we'll share milestones along the way so you know when it's close.

Does it cost anything?+

Browsing and matching will be free for employers. Provider pricing will be announced at launch, and we'll share that with waitlist members first.

I'm a benefits consultant or TPA. Is this for me?+

Yes. You'll be able to use the marketplace on behalf of your employer clients. Join the waitlist and let us know your role so we can shape features for you.

How is this different from an insurance exchange or benefits marketplace?+

We don't sell insurance. Direct contracting means the employer and provider agree on rates and terms directly — no carrier, no network restrictions, no hidden fees. We focus on making the introduction, surfacing the right data, and giving both sides the tools to negotiate on their own terms.
